Construction has gone vertical on Bentley Residences Miami, a 62-story luxury residential tower rising in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors and developed by Dezer Development, the 716-foot-tall structure will yield 216 condominium residences with private in-unit sky garages accessed by the patented Dezervator vehicle elevator system. The tower will also feature an extensive collection of indoor and outdoor amenities, including Proper English by Todd English, a private restaurant concept by the four-time James Beard Award-winning chef. The beachfront property is located at 18401 Collins Avenue along the Atlantic Ocean, between Turnberry Ocean Club Residences to the north and Sahara Beach Club Condo to the south.

Since our last construction update in November, work has advanced well beyond the foundation phase, which included a record-setting mat foundation pour performed by Coastal Construction. As previously reported, that 36-hour operation marked the largest residential construction pour in Florida and the second-largest foundation pour in the United States, involving 2,100 truckloads and 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, supported by 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel and ten concrete pumps.

Recent photos show the reinforced concrete superstructure now standing seven levels above grade and advancing at a pace of approximately one floor every five to six working days. Work is concentrated across a broad circular floor plate defined by curved perimeter formwork, with dense rebar assemblies visible throughout the active deck, including heavily reinforced perimeter columns, shear walls, and sections of the central core. Post-tensioning materials are staged across the slab ahead of future concrete pours, while reinforced wall sections continue to rise around a large central opening associated with the tower’s vertical circulation systems. The emerging structure is already beginning to reveal the cylindrical massing that will characterize the completed tower.

Bentley Residences Miami is being developed as the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower and will offer a collection of three- to five-bedroom residences featuring floor-to-ceiling glass, open-concept layouts, expansive terraces with summer kitchens, private swimming pools, outdoor showers, and private in-unit sky garages. Kitchens will be outfitted with Miele appliances and Italian-designed cabinetry overlooking three- and four-car in-home sky garages, while primary bathrooms will feature soaking tubs, custom vanities, and private sauna rooms. The tower’s signature Dezervator system will transport residents and their vehicles directly from the arrival level to their private garages within each residence.

“Going vertical is a meaningful milestone for Bentley Residences Miami and a testament to the
strength of our vision and execution,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “As the
tower rises, we look forward to delivering a truly one-of-a-kind residential experience that reflects
the innovation and craftsmanship synonymous with the Bentley brand, while further elevating
Sunny Isles Beach as a premier global destination for luxury living.”

The tower will also feature more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space. Highlights include Proper English by Todd English, the chef’s first residents-only restaurant concept, as well as a fitness center, spa, beauty salon, cinema, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, pet spa, landscaped beach club, and oceanfront pool deck with cabanas and food-and-beverage service.

Upon completion in 2028, Bentley Residences Miami will stand among the tallest oceanfront residential towers in Sunny Isles Beach, adding a prominent new high-rise to the stretch of Collins Avenue between Haulover Beach and Golden Beach.
