Construction Starts on ‘The Lincoln Coconut Grove’ at 3151 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL

Two developers have started construction on a luxury condominium in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.

The Lincoln Coconut Grove is slated to rise eight stories above grade and occupy a 20,970-square-foot site. The venture will host 48 units which will range from one-bedroom condos to penthouses. They will span about 1,200 to 3,630 square feet each.

In-unit features include integrated smart home technology, spacious balconies, and high-end finishings, such as quartz countertops and porcelain flooring. Just some of the communal amenities include a fully outfitted spa, dog park and pet grooming station, and resort-style rooftop swimming pool.

Units at the Lincoln Coconut Grove are priced from $1.5 million. At the time of publication, our sources shared that 40 percent of the units (19) had already been pre-sold.

Lore Development Group and Element Development are the two developers. The pair purchased the Lincoln Coconut Grove’s build site for $8.56 million in 2023. They intend to have the project completed by the third quarter of 2028.

Winmar Construction is the general contractor, Paredes Architects is the architect, and Design Philosophy is the interior designer. One Sotheby’s International Realty is the broker.

The Lincoln Coconut Grove is set for 3151 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL, 33133, in Miami-Dade County. After the community’s completion, the street address will be updated to 2650 Lincoln Ave.
