Foundation pour has completed  at Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, a 28-story waterfront condominium tower rising at 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by FSMY Architects and Developed by PMG, the project recently completed its foundation pour, advancing the residential development toward vertical construction. Completion is slated for late 2027.

Recent aerial photos document both the preparation and completion of the foundation pour. Crews are seen working around dense rebar mats, formwork, vertical column reinforcement, concrete pump trucks, and the site’s tower crane before sections of the foundation were placed and finished.

The pour took place on May 18 and lasted approximately 10 hours, beginning at 8 a.m. and concluding at 6 p.m. The operation required 140 concrete trucks to deliver roughly 1,400 cubic yards of concrete, establishing the base for the tower’s reinforced concrete superstructure.

The milestone follows PMG’s securing of a $115 million construction loan from GoldenTree Asset Management earlier this year. With the foundation pour now complete, construction is expected to move more visibly into the vertical phase as crews begin forming the tower above grade.

Upon completion, Sage Intracoastal Residences will contain 44 condominium residences overlooking both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The site encompasses approximately 200 linear feet of waterfront frontage, with views partially protected by the neighboring Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. Interiors are being designed by BAMO.

Residences will be arranged with just two homes per floor and will offer two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts beginning at 2,767 square feet. The units are planned with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glazing, expansive outdoor terraces, custom Italian finishes, smart home technology, and premium appliance packages. Penthouse residences will also feature private rooftop terraces equipped with summer kitchens and plunge pools.

The development will include more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Plans call for a waterfront pool deck, spa facilities with sauna, steam and cold plunge experiences, fitness and movement studios, a yoga lawn, golf simulator, private lounge spaces, and a range of hospitality-style resident services.
