Woodfield Development has completed and opened Tides at Palm Bay, a $100 million mixed-use residential and retail development at 2485 Port Malabar Boulevard NE in Palm Bay, Florida. The project includes 318 luxury apartment units across two five-story buildings and townhomes, along with 19,000 square feet of commercial space. The development team includes CBG Building Company as general contractor, Charlan Brock Architects as architect, and ID & Design International as interior designer.
“Delivering this project on time highlights our commitment to supporting the rapid growth of the Palm Bay-Melbourne area, a region that continues to thrive,” said Woodfield Development Partner Ross Abramson. “Palm Bay is central to Woodfield Development’s expansion, and this investment reinforces our commitment to the region’s bright future.”
The residential program includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents ranging from $1,600 to $4,200. Residences feature open-concept great rooms, expansive private balconies, walk-in closets, premium stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, two-tone cabinetry, wood-style vinyl flooring, pendant lighting, and tile backsplashes.
Amenities include a club lounge with living room and gaming areas, a fitness center, and a two-story sky lounge overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool deck with an outdoor summer kitchen and grilling areas, a landscaped courtyard with a central green and fire pit seating, and a dog park. The property is located near Palm Bay Marina and Lazy Turtle Grill, Fred Poppe Regional Park, and the Indian River Lagoon.
Woodfield Development first entered the Florida market in 2020 with the completion of Oversea at Flagler Banyan Square in West Palm Beach. With the completion of Tides at Palm Bay, the company has delivered 2,400 residential units across Florida over the past six years, representing more than $800 million in completed development.
