Construction is progressing on Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach, a 27-story mixed-use tower at 320 Lakeview Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis and developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, the development will yield 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, including a collection of turnkey, move-in-ready resort residences. KAST Construction is the general contractor.
A recent view from the 10th floor of the Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach overlooking the construction site shows the reinforced concrete superstructure rising to approximately the 16th floor. Construction is advancing simultaneously on the main tower and its multi-story podium, where unfinished slab edges across the first eight levels reveal exposed reinforcing steel and protruding post-tension tendons awaiting completion. Two tower cranes remain in operation above the site. As podium construction continues, the mast of the tower crane visible in the foreground will eventually become enclosed within the completed structure. A crawler crane also remains active at the base of the tower, supporting ongoing podium construction. Early glazing installation appears to have commenced on portions of the lower floors, though the tower continues to be largely characterized by exposed reinforced concrete framing.

Construction is supported by a $285 million loan provided by TYKO Capital in 2025, which enabled the project to officially break ground. Aztec Group represented Terra and Sympatico Real Estate in securing the financing. At the time of the announcement, the development was reported to be approximately 70 percent sold. As of last month, that number has surpassed 85%.
Upon completion, the tower will feature residences with open floor plans, expansive windows, and views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Downtown West Palm Beach skyline. Amenities will include a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas, a poolside bar and lounge, a fitness center with dedicated yoga, Pilates, and Peloton rooms, a spa with steam and sauna facilities, a library, business lounge, Little C’s Outdoor Playground, private elevators, and curated art installations throughout the building’s shared spaces.
