The Related Group will break ground on Casamar by the fourth quarter of 2022. The 21-story building, slated for Pompano Beach, FL, will comprise homes starting at around $1.8 million each. In total, there will be 119 units; four one-bedroom units, 22 two-bedroom units, 56 three-bedroom units, and 37 four-bedroom units. They range from 1,085 square feet to 3,934 square feet each.
Units will come with pre-wired smart home technology, private elevators with entry foyers, imported Italian cabinetry, and other amenities. Communal amenities include a pet-washing station, game room, golf course simulator, pools, and saunas.
Casamar will finish construction in 2025.
Arquitectonica Headquarters designed the venture. Other involved entities on Casamar include KEITH (Corporate Office), the civil engineer. The general contractor hopes to complete the venture by the first quarter of 2025. Casamar requires more than 460,000 square feet of new construction and sits on a 3.2-acre lot.
The Sun-Sentinel reports that Casamar isn’t the only development coming to Pompano Beach. The Related Group is also working on Solemar, which will finish construction in 2023. According to the community’s website, there are no more available units.
