DeBartolo Engineering Group LLC is the general contractor. According to its website, the apartments include studios to three-bedroom layout plans. They average about 994 square feet each and feature granite countertops, walk-in closets, and in-unit washers and dryers. Communal amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pet spa, and dog park.
DeBartolo Engineering Group LLC noted that it selected west Jacksonville for Oakley Square Apartments because it’s one of Florida’s fastest-growing regions. The multi-family housing development will also offer at-rate apartments to those residing in Duval County.
The community features a resort-style pool and other amenities.
Fugleberg Koch is the architect. Conceptual renderings reveal a low-rise garden-style apartment complex with balconies. The complex will feature buildings measuring three to four stories above grade. It partnered with Focus Design on the apartment’s interior design. Dominion Engineering Group Inc. is the civil engineer.
The complex will offer more than 300 units.
Oakley Square Apartments’ address is 7960 Merchants Way, Jacksonville, FL, 32222, in Duval County. It’s within 18 miles of the Jacksonville Convention and Visitors Bureau.
