Clara Homes hopes to start construction on a new residential complex located in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. When the project comes to fruition, it will feature 150 luxury residences spread across multiple buildings. The project is named “Clara Bay Harbor.”
The venture will deliver units in three phases. The first phase will offer 28 multi-bedroom apartments. This phase will likely finish construction in 2023. Information on the other two phases is currently pending.
Phase one of the project will conclude 2023.
The first building will require more than 91,000 square feet of new construction. The homes themselves would measure 1,235 square feet to 2,240 square feet each. Communal amenities would include a rooftop pool and fitness center. Plans also call for 56 parking spaces––with more underway in future phases.
S & E Architects designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show a mid-rise building made of stucco, concrete, and aluminum. Other involved parties in the venture include Lagan Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. (the civil engineer), Faris Design, Inc. (the structural engineer), and Shamosh Studio (the interior designer). Records show that Pirtle Construction Inc. is one of the selected bidders.
Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool and fitness center.
Clara Bay Harbor is located at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive, Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, 33154, in Miami-Dade County. Google Earth shows that the complex is north of Indian Creek and northeast of Surfside.
