Construction on Casa Murano, a luxury housing development located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, will begin in the second quarter of 2021. The project is expected to cost $7 million.
The building will be 5-stories tall and will comprise 48,107 square feet of new construction. Each floor will only have two units that stretch the width of the building. In total, there will be eight waterfront condos that will allow docking for boats less than 50 feet in length.
Each unit is accessible via a private elevator that cannot be accessed by the general public. The units come equipped with a kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor seating, and an open-concept communal area. There is a rooftop terrace that the Adache Perspective calls “perfect for outdoor entertaining.”
The building will sit on .33 acres of land, situated in the heart of the Las Olas area. In addition to dockside parking, there will be a private parking lot for residents and a waterfront pool.
The project is currently being overseen by Cavossa Management Inc. Per their website, Casa Murano’s “client” is Florida Gold Coast Regional Centers. The physical location is 141 Isle of Venice Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33301. It is located in Broward County. At the time of publication, there was no information regarding the cost of purchasing each unit.
