The Napier in Daytona Beach, FL, is getting another 120 residences as part of its second phase. The apartment complex already features 260 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. It offers resort-style accommodations for those living in Volusia County.
Sitework began on the expansion earlier in 2022, with First Florida Building Corporation operating as the general contractor. The 120 residences will be divided amongst multiple low-rise buildings, ranging from two stories to three stories above grade. Barclay Group and Framework Group, LLC are the two developers.
The Napier currently offers homes measuring 800 square feet to about 1,500 square feet each. The additional units will likely offer similar square footage. Right now, according to Apartments.com, the Napier’s homes start at about $1,700 a month. Information from Rentcafé notes that for an 895-square-foot apartment in the area, rent averages around $1,400 a month.
Per Barclay Group: “The project offers a sophisticated rental option with an impressive clubhouse, large residential units, and semi-private entries with optional attached garages.” The Napier is located just across the street from the area’s AdventHealth Hospital and near the Daytona International Speedway.
The expansion’s address is listed as 2331 North Williamson Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL, 32117, in Volusia County.
