Pompano Beach, FL, could soon be home to the Entourage in the Sun, a residential venture offering more than 180,000 square feet of new construction. The venture will offer 42 condos, measuring 1,785 square feet to 3,690 square feet each. According to the South Florida Business Journal, plans include two-bedroom units, three-bedroom units, and penthouses.
Amenities include a pool deck and a multi-story parking garage with 62 spots. Before construction starts, the general contractor must demolish Stratford Apartments, which currently offers 23 units. The build site itself measures .93 acres.
The 10-story building will offer luxury homes to those in Pompano Beach, FL.
The Entourage in the Sun is aimed at wealthy residents. Entourage Florida Development LLC owns the venture. Based in Quebec, the organization purchased the property for $9.3 million in April 2022. Idea Architecture designed the venture. It was the designer behind Ivory 214, a commercial project in Aventura, Florida. PlanW3st LLC is the land planner. Thomas Engineering Group, LLC is the civil engineer.
The Real Deal reports that Pompano Beach is one of the “hottest condo and multifamily markets in South Florida.” It noted that similar projects in the region are selling out before construction even ends.
The build site measures .93 acres.
The Entourage in the Sun’s address is the soon-to-be-former site of Stratford Apartments, which is 407 North Riverside Drive, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33062, in Broward County.
