Tide Marsh, a single-family housing development, is currently undergoing construction in Fort Myers, Florida. The venture offers 63 homes. Houses measure from about 1,500 square feet to over 3,000 square feet each. They start at $550,000.
The homes are divided into two categories: the Cruise Series and the Celebration Series. Homes range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans, with some measuring two stories above grade. Select homes come with two- to three-car garages, as well as dens and lofts. An aerial view of the housing development notes that the homes surround a large body of water.
Construction started in Fall 2021.
Construction on Tide Marsh began in Fall 2021. Neal Communities of Southwest Florida LLC owns the project, and it’s also operating as the general contractor. Banks Engineering, Inc. is the civil engineer. Developers selected the 19.22-acre build site because of its proximity to many local amenities.
The venture’s website notes that residents can take advantage of nearly 9,000 acres of nearby state parks. It also notes that the development is a 20-minute drive from the beach––convenient, since the community doesn’t appear to offer a communal swimming pool.
The community will offer 63 single-family homes.
