Rosewood Residences at Lido Key is unfolding in Sarasota, Florida. The $26.4 million venture, while still in its infancy, will comprise an eight-story building with 65 luxury units. According to the development’s website, units measure from about 3,300 square feet to 4,500 square feet each, offering multi-bedroom options. Homes come with beachfront views and terraces.
Sources note that before construction can start, the general contractor must demolish two hotels. Google Earth’s renderings suggest that the hotels are Gulf Beach Resort Motel and Coquina on the Beach Resort––although this has not been confirmed. Communal amenities feature a fitness, spa, owners lounge, game terrace, and on-site bistro cafe––just to name a few. There is also a two-story garage, located beneath the tower itself.
The Ronto Group owns the venture. Robert M Swedroe, Architect & Planners is the architect. Wheelock Street Capital is the developer, and Barraco & Associates Incorporated is the civil engineer. BCB Homes is the builder. All organizations, with the exception of Wheelock Street Capital, are located in Florida.
Presently, units are for sale. Interested parties can request details online. Rosewood Residences at Lido Key’s address is 930 and 1008 Benjamin Franklin Drive, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, in Sarasota County.
