The Keele Center is undergoing construction in Palm Beach County, Florida. But what is it?
The Keele Center is a $30 million venture that started construction in late 2020. Benchmark Construction Co., Inc. hopes to finish construction in the first quarter of 2023. Upon completion, the venture will offer 40 patient beds in a four-story building. In total, it requires 100,000 square feet of new construction. Private patient suites come outfitted with king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and a private entrances.
The Keele Center will offer a detox program, services for seniors, and conduct neurotological research, all on a 3.46-acre lot. It’ll employ a staff of physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals. The goal is to expand medical resources in the area.
Caron of Florida Inc. is the owner. Peacock & Lewis Architects and Planners, Inc. is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a low-rise building with a decorative fountain and native Florida plants. Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. is the landscape architect. Simmons & White Inc. is the civil engineer, and, as noted, Benchmark Construction Co., Inc. is the general contractor. All organizations (with the exception of the general contractor) are based locally in South Florida.
The Keele Center’s address is 4575 Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida, 33445, in Palm Beach County.

Hello,
I am a Registered Nurse and I look forward for an opportunity to enjoy this outstanding facility.
What is holding up the construction at this location, and what is the purpose of the giant tubes snaking into the windows? They have been there for months. I pass by every day and wonder what’s going on.
Thanks! Stephanie Wasserman
