“Rarely have we seen a property begin construction in just three months after launching sales,” said Bob Vail, President of Kolter Urban. “Our unprecedented sales success at Art House is indicative of the team that Kolter has assembled; including SB Architects, ID & Design International Interior Design, Kimley-Horn Landscape Architects and Smith & Associates Real Estate as the exclusive sales agency. The Smith & Associates sales team that was responsible for the sell-out of Saltaire St. Petersburg a year prior to completing construction is the same team responsible for Art House sales. Presently, we are experiencing a soaring demand for upscale, new-construction real estate in St. Petersburg. We look forward to delivering what will be our fifth architecturally stunning, amenity-rich new development in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area in late 2024. Art House will shape luxury real estate development in St. Petersburg for years to come.”
