Kolter Urban has selected Manhattan Construction Company as the general contractor for The Island at West Bay Club, an 86-unit luxury condominium situated within the master-planned golf community of West Bay on Florida’s Paradise Coast. The project, designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects, recently received a construction permit from the Village of Estero.
Construction has topped off on Selene Oceanfront Residences, a 26-story dual-tower condominium at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale Beach. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects, with interiors by ID & Design International and developed by Kolter Urban, the 194-unit condominium development will offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and city skyline. Coastal Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025.

Designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects, this tower will feature 86 residences, each offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay Club’s championship golf course. In addition, the development will include a variety of signature resort-style amenities designed to provide world-class living within the comforts of a close-knit community. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, and Compass Realty handles sales and marketing.
