Developer Kolter Urban has secured $240M in construction financing for Selene Oceanfront Residences, a two-towered, 26-story residential development underway at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale Beach. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects with interiors by ID & Design International, the development will comprise 194 exceptionally spacious two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to 3,200 square feet with a limited collection of penthouses. Wells Fargo Bank, an administrative agent for a group of lenders, provided the loan for the property, which is set to become the tallest residential development on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The base of the property will boast over 5,400 square feet of restaurant space, providing an unrivaled oceanfront dining experience. Selene’s two slender towers rise 300 feet, making the project the tallest luxury condominium on Fort Lauderdale Beach offering expansive homes in the sky. At street level, lushly landscaped grounds and elegant plazas at each corner create a seamless transition to the surrounding neighborhood and provide direct access to the beachfront. Selene places residents near the very best of Fort Lauderdale’s shopping, dining, entertainment, and water-sporting destinations, including Las Olas Boulevard with a vibrant array of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

  1. Nice to see new development along Fort Lauderdale’s beach. I grew up vacation in Fort Lauderdale and during my more recent visit (this summer) was a bit dissappointed at the current state of things.
