Integral Group hopes to move forward with Yaeger Plaza, a mixed-use venture in Liberty City, Florida. The $50.9 million venture will rest on a 1.29-acre build site, with some sources suggesting that construction could start in June 2023.
These same sources note that as of December 2022, developers were in the planning phase and presently seeking approvals for various aspects of the project. Upon completion, the complex would comprise an eight-story residential building and more than 16,000 square feet of commercial space.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that the Yaeger Clinic would occupy some of the build site. Homes would range from about 490 square feet to 990 square feet, with layout plans ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The homes come outfitted with eco-friendly fixtures, such as low-flow appliances.
Communal amenities would comprise a fitness center, 241 parking spots, and other meeting spaces. Modis Architects designed the venture. Google Earth shows that the 1.29-acre build site is mostly undeveloped. It’s in a heavily residential area.

Although rent information isn’t available yet, Apartments.com notes that rent for a studio apartment in Liberty City hovers around $580 a month. Yaeger Plaza’s address is 1177 Northwest 62nd Street, Miami, Florida, 33150, in Miami-Dade County.
