93 Ocean is a 12-story oceanfront residential tower slated for Surfside, Florida. The development will comprise 27 units: nine two-bedroom homes and 18 four-bedroom homes. Each one comes with balconies and breathtaking views of the greater Surfside area. Two rooftop units come with private swimming pools. In total, 93 Ocean offers more than 130,000 square feet of new construction.
According to Miami Residential, units start in the $900,000s. Communal amenities include a fitness center, sauna, steam room, reflecting pond, and rooftop swimming pool. There are also 71 parking spots; that’s about 2.6 parking spots per unit.
The venture will offer 27 luxury homes.
The community itself offers beachfront access to the Atlantic Ocean, as well as easy access to the Bal Harbour Shops. Arquitectonica GEO designed the community. Conceptual renderings show a high-rise tower with a mostly glass exterior, designed in a modern style. The venture could cost more than $37 million to construct.
Sources report that construction could start in Summer 2023, although this hasn’t been confirmed. However, Condos & Condos suggests that completion could happen in 2025. Avatar Real Estates Service, LLC is the owner. As noted, Arquitectonica GEO is the architect, and Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management is the developer.
