Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, a 20-story waterfront residential property at 555 Quay Commons in Sarasota’s downtown cultural district. Sitework for the development commenced in April 2024, and deep foundations and site utilities are 90% complete, marking a significant milestone toward the completion of another Kolter Urban development under the Ritz-Carlton brand. Moss Construction most recently worked alongside Kolter Urban to deliver The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, in 2021.

Designed by SB Architects, the flow-through floorplans at The Residences will range from 3,500 to just under 6,000 square feet. Each expansive three—and four-bedroom residence within the 20-story property will offer airy, sophisticated interiors with designer-curated finish packages, open great room designs, 12—and 13-foot ceilings in main living areas, and expansive terraces with built-in outdoor grills that showcase stunning panoramic views. Residents will enjoy exceptional privacy with access-controlled elevators and separate service elevators for deliveries.

All residents of The Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, will have exclusive access to the Harbor Club[KS1], a collection of over 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities dedicated to socializing, health, and wellness. Located on the first level of the Tower, the Harbor Club offers a state-of-the-art waterfront fitness center with a movement studio, a private training room, and a spacious waterfront Health and Wellness center with hot and cold vitality pools, and men’s and women’s sauna, steam rooms, and treatment rooms. A comfortable sports lounge will include ample conversational seating and a golf swing simulator room. Residents can enjoy complimentary use of paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles at the Marina and Outdoor Sports Activity Center.
