Miami’s Urban Development Review Board will consider plans regarding Rosee Wynwood on November 20th. The preconstruction venture will measure six stories above grade and offer 140 units, with square footage ranging from 430 to 1,342 square feet.
Miami Condo Investments shares that residences come with nine-foot-high ceilings, Euro-style appliances, and integrated smart home systems. Communal amenities would include a swimming pool, pickleball and paddle ball courts, and a running track—among other offerings.
At the time of publication, homes started in either the mid-$400s or the lower $500s, depending on the source. There’s more to Rosee Wynwood than its residential aspect. According to the Next Miami, plans call for 10,465 square feet of retail “on two above ground levels”. Of that square footage, 6,771 square feet will be designated as “micro-retail”. There would be 207 parking spots in a basement-level garage.
Antwerp, Belgium-based BINST ARCHITECTS worked with Charles Benson on the project’s design. Norwyn Development and Charles Benson are the developers. Rosee Wynwood is slated for a 2027 completion at 3223 NW 5th Ave, Miami, FL, 33127, in Miami-Dade County. It will be within blocks of Wynwood’s Art District and a 12-minute drive from Downtown Miami.
