Developer Selects General Contractor for The Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay with Sitework Underway

Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, a 20-story waterfront residential property at 555 Quay Commons in Sarasota’s downtown cultural district. Sitework for the development commenced in April 2024, and deep foundations and site utilities are 90% complete, marking a significant milestone toward the completion of another Kolter Urban development under the Ritz-Carlton brand. Moss Construction most recently worked alongside Kolter Urban to deliver The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, in 2021.

Kolter Urban has topped off construction on Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story residential tower at 200 Central Ave in Downtown St. Petersburg. With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.
