Developer Selects General Contractor for The Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay with Sitework Underway

Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, a 20-story waterfront residential property at 555 Quay Commons in Sarasota’s downtown cultural district. Sitework for the development commenced in April 2024, and deep foundations and site utilities are 90% complete, marking a significant milestone toward the completion of another Kolter Urban development under the Ritz-Carlton brand. Moss Construction most recently worked alongside Kolter Urban to deliver The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, in 2021.

Kolter Urban has topped off construction on Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story residential tower at 200 Central Ave in Downtown St. Petersburg. With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Designed by SB Architects with interiors by ID & Design International and developed by Delray Beach-based Kolter Group, the 450-foot-tall structure will house 244 condominium units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail along Central Avenue and 3rd Street South, and a 482-space parking garage. Kimley-Horn is the landscape architect, Smith & Associates Real Estate exclusively handles sales, and United Landmark Associates handles marketing.

Trilogy Real Estate Group Proposes 33-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 212 NE 23rd Street In Edgewater, Miami

Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group (Trilogy), under the TF Second and 23rd, LLC, has proposed a 33-story mixed-use building at 212 Northeast 23rd Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Dubbed Residence 23, the development is designed by SB Architects and would feature a 367-foot-tall structure encompassing 663,757 square feet of space. The project would include 369 residential units, approximately 13,113 square feet of ground-floor retail space, parking facilities with 504 spaces, and various amenities. Kimley-Horn is the project’s civil engineer and landscape architect, while Pierce Engineers is the structural engineer. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review the proposal for Residence 23 on April 19th.

Designed by SB Architects, Bayso Sarasota is the region’s latest luxury address offering 149 residences within the city’s Arts and Culture District, a walkable waterfront setting with proximity to marinas and top dining and entertainment destinations. Kast Construction is the general contractor for the project, slated for completion in Q3 2023.

Designed by SB Architects and developed by Kolter Urban, a division of Palm Beach County-based The Kolter Group, the approximately 347,241-square-foot building rises 228 feet and contains 70 expansive luxury residences ranging from two to three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouse units with four bedrooms. The project fronts Hillsborough Bay, just minutes away from Downtown Tampa by car, and is bound by South De Soto Avenue to the east, South Howard Avenue to the west, and Bayshore Boulevard to the south. Kast Construction served as the general contractor alongside Reinforced Structures, Inc. who served as the shell contractor

Designed by SB Architects with interiors by ID & Design International Interior Design and landscaping by Kimley-Horn Landscape Architects, the 450-foot-tall development will deliver 244 spacious residential units in a variety of two- and three-bedroom layouts, including 12 lavish penthouse units. The ground floor will be activated with 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and the tower will sit atop an 8-story parking garage for 482 vehicles. Coastal Construction is the general contractor, projecting to complete construction and deliver the project by late 2024.
