Kolter Urban, a real estate development and investment firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, has announced a new phase in developing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay. This new addition, known as The Harbor Club, is set to enhance the already prestigious three-tower campus with a focus on socializing, health, and wellness for the residents.
The primary mat foundation placement has been completed for Art House, a 42-story residential building under construction at 235 1st Avenue South in downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by SB Architects with interiors by ID & Design International and developed by Delray Beach-based Kolter Group, the 450-foot-tall structure will house 244 condominium units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail along Central Avenue and 3rd Street South, and a 482-space parking garage. Kimley-Horn is the landscape architect, Smith & Associates Real Estate exclusively handles sales, and United Landmark Associates handles marketing.
Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group (Trilogy), under the TF Second and 23rd, LLC, has proposed a 33-story mixed-use building at 212 Northeast 23rd Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Dubbed Residence 23, the development is designed by SB Architects and would feature a 367-foot-tall structure encompassing 663,757 square feet of space. The project would include 369 residential units, approximately 13,113 square feet of ground-floor retail space, parking facilities with 504 spaces, and various amenities. Kimley-Horn is the project’s civil engineer and landscape architect, while Pierce Engineers is the structural engineer. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review the proposal for Residence 23 on April 19th.
Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban announced the topping off of Bayso Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium tower located at 301 Quay Commons in the heart of The Quay Sarasota Waterfront District in Sarasota, Florida. Designed by SB Architects, Bayso Sarasota is the region’s latest luxury address offering 149 residences within the city’s Arts and Culture District, a walkable waterfront setting with proximity to marinas and top dining and entertainment destinations. Kast Construction is the general contractor for the project, slated for completion in Q3 2023.
