Construction on Hyde Park House Bayfront started in 2020. Now, nearly two years later, the project is close to completion. The 22-story tower offers 70 units, with various floorplans to choose from. There are condos and penthouses.
Most condos measure around 1,800 to 3,200 square feet each. The penthouses measure just over 5,000 square feet each. Layout options comprise two-bedroom to four-bedroom units. Homes come outfitted with quartz countertops, spa-like amenities, and private-access elevators.
Communal amenities include a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, summer kitchen with gas grills, and waterfront views. The venture will comprise more than 350,000 square feet of new construction. At the time of publication, all 70 units were sold out.
The South Florida Business Journal reported that in August 2020, Hyde Park House Bayfront had secured $50 million in pre-sales. Kolter Group LLC is the venture’s owner. SB Architects is the architect, and Hamilton Engineering & Surveying Inc. is the civil engineer. Kast Construction Company LLC is the general contractor.
Hyde Park House Bayfront was built in conjunction with Saltaire, another luxury housing development in the area. Both investments cost $220 million total to complete. Hyde Park House Bayfront’s address is 2103 Bayshore Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, 33606, in Hillsborough County. It’s south of Interstate 275 and north of Ballast Point Park.
