A luxury home development is slated for Apollo Beach. Hammock Bay would comprise 47 homes, with square footage spanning 3,500 to more than 7,500 square feet. Residences will come with “deep-water access”, along with various high-end finishings.
A community known as “River Hills” is one step closer to breaking ground in Temple Terrace, Florida. The riverfront apartment complex will comprise 330 units divided amongst 11 three-story buildings.
Zion Village, an affordable housing development for seniors, is slated to break ground next week. The 75-unit complex will offer residency to those earning 30 percent to 70 percent of the area median income (AMI).
Last week, construction started on The Whitt, a multi-family housing development in Riverview, FL. Featuring 211 one-bedroom to three-bedroom residences, the venture will offer apartments divided between three four-story, woodframed buildings.
The Adderley, an affordable housing development in Tampa, has nearly finished construction and will welcome residents in late September. Construction began on the venture in March 2023, a partnership between Blue Skies Communities and the City of Tampa.
