Moss Construction has been awarded the construction of Villa Miami, a waterfront residential development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project, a collaboration between Major Food Group, David Martin’s Terra, and One Thousand Group, is set to break ground later this summer.
Mast Capital and a controlled affiliate of Starwood Capital Group broke ground on The Perigon, a 17-story residential development at 5333 Collins Avenue, noted for its unique position as the only new beachfront condominium project currently under construction in Miami Beach, with completion anticipated for late 2026. Designed by the globally acclaimed architecture firm OMA with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record and boasting interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, this building will feature 73 private residences. These homes offer expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Miami city skyline, and Biscayne Bay, alongside over 20,000 square feet of unparalleled private amenities and exclusive dining experiences by Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt. Moss Construction is the general contractor, and Malcolm Drilling is the foundation contractor.

Moss Construction marked a pivotal moment in the transformation of Brickell’s skyline with the groundbreaking of Mast Capital’s Cipriani Residences Miami on February 13. This event heralds the rise of what is set to become Brickell’s tallest edifice, reaching an impressive height of 950 feet above ground level. Designed by the esteemed Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London., the development will tower over 1420 South Miami Avenue as an 84-story, nautical-inspired skyscraper. It is slated to house a collection of 397 residences featuring lavish penthouses complete with private pools.
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, have topped off construction on the Residences at The Wynwood Plaza (the “Residences”), the luxury apartment community the team is developing as part of a one-million-square-foot mixed-use campus in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District. Designed by Gensler, the Residences will comprise 509 thoughtfully appointed high-end rental units, ranging in size from spacious studios to two-bedroom apartments. The Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, state-of-the-art appliances, luxurious finishes, and flexible layouts. L&L and Oak Row will begin welcoming residents in 2025.
