El-Ad National Properties, a South Florida-based subsidiary of the Elad Group, has announced that ALINA 210, part of the second phase of the ALINA Residences in downtown Boca Raton, received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) ahead of schedule on July 26, 2024. The nine-story building at 200 Southeast Mizner Boulevard, which features 30 residences, is now preparing for closings set to begin in early August. ALINA Residences was designed by GarciaStromberg, with construction by Moss Construction. Sales are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
ALINA 210 offers 16,000 square feet of amenities reserved exclusively for its residents. These include a spa with dry sauna, steam rooms, a salon/treatment area, private locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a bungalow-style pool with cabanas. In addition, residents of ALINA 210 will have access to the amenities provided at the neighboring ALINA 200 and ALINA 220 buildings.
“We are proud to announce that ALINA 210 received its temporary certificate of occupancy ahead of schedule,” said Candace Jorritsma, vice president of sales and marketing for El-Ad National Properties. “This milestone is very meaningful to everyone on the team who has put so much time, care and effort into delivering this building to its future residents. We continue to have an assortment of move-in ready residences available, and our team looks forward to seeing ALINA 210 residents enjoy their new home in downtown Boca Raton.”
“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with El-Ad and bring another ALINA building to life,” said Jorge Garcia, CEO of Garcia Stromberg.
“Garcia Stromberg has strong ties to Boca Raton, so it is with great pleasure our firm continues to work with well-known developers to share our professional design expertise within the local community,” remarked Peter Stromberg, president of Garcia Stromberg.
The ALINA phase two development, which includes ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, is over 80% sold. ALINA 220 is anticipated to be completed in late 2024, which will finalize the ALINA Residences development. The entire project will consist of three nine-story buildings: ALINA 200 (121 residences), ALINA 210 (30 residences), and ALINA 220 (152 residences), totaling 303 units.
Residences range from one to four bedrooms, with sizes between 1,400 and over 5,400 square feet. Many units include dens and private terraces with views of The Boca Raton golf course. Residences are outfitted with Gaggenau appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, and porcelain flooring.
Amenities across the development include two private rooftop pools, spa facilities, fitness centers, a studio with a golf and sports simulator, fire pits, yoga areas, club rooms, and a dog park.
ALINA Residences is located between The Boca Raton golf course and Southeast Mizner Boulevard, within close proximity to downtown Boca Raton’s dining, art galleries, salons, and boutiques, as well as the Mizner Park Amphitheater and the Boca Raton Museum of Art. The development is also near the city’s beaches, parks, and the Brightline Boca Raton Station. Prices for residences start at approximately $4 million and go up to more than $10 million.
