Miami-based real estate development firm BGI Companies has appointed Moss Construction as the construction management firm to complete Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story, 262-foot residential building at 4714 North Flagler Drive directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in the emerging Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect and developed in partnership with Blue Road, Alba Palm Beach is set to deliver a boutique collection of 55 luxury residences by 2025; units are priced from $3 million and are currently 45 percent sold.
The announcement follows Alba Palm Beach’s recent procurement of its foundation work permit, allowing the project to begin construction in early 2024. Alba commenced the construction of its seawall in July 2023, which will be completed on schedule by December 2023.

Another spectacular project for the north end of west palm beach. Great to see this area grow and prosper. Years ago it was called the junk yard.Great to see this decay and blight be eliminated! The residents that live at the north end deserve much better!
