Developers WellDuo, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development, together with Italian yacht maker Riva, have unveiled Riva Residenze, marking the launch of the world’s first yacht-branded residential project. The 20-story development includes 36 residences, occupying two parcels with 200 feet of waterfront and a private marina with slips. Sales and marketing for the project, located at 3019 Harbor Drive, are managed exclusively by Fortune Development Sales, with prices starting at $3.5 million.

Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect and developed by BGI Companies and Blue Road Group, the 262-foot-tall structure will offer 55 residences, including four unique two—and three-story townhomes with unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway and private plunge pools. Marius Fortelni, founder and CEO of Forté Development, has announced Interiors by Steven G. as the interior designer for Forté Luxe, a luxury boutique waterfront community located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place, Jupiter, Florida. The community will feature 15 multi-level residences on a peninsula, surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway on three sides. Forté Luxe is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025 and will offer views reminiscent of the cobalt blue waters in the Bahamas. The price range for these residences is set from $4.35 million to $8 million.

Developer Files Plans for 44-Unit Residential Building At 900 Intracoastal Drive In Fort Lauderdale

900 Intracoastal Drive, Inc. has filed plans for a new 16-story residential building at 900 Intracoastal Drive, located near The Galleria shopping mall in Fort Lauderdale. The 185-foot-tall structure, named 900 Intracoastal, is set to yield 217,652 square feet of space and feature 44 exclusive residences along the city’s picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. The development has enlisted a team of renowned firms, including FSMY Architects + Planners as the architect, Kimley-Horn & Associates Inc. as the landscape architect and civil engineer, MG Engineering for MEP engineering, Youssef Hachem Consulting as the structural engineer, and CRUSH Law P.A. as the land use attorney. Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee was scheduled to review the proposal on February 27.
