Pier Sixty-Six Nears Completion, Announces Pioneering Spa Concept

Pier Sixty-Six is nearing completion and is on track for a Fall 2024 opening. Located on 32 waterfront acres along the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, the redevelopment by Tavistock Development Company includes a world-class resort with 325 guestrooms and suites, 12 dining destinations, 40,000 square feet of event space, and62 condominiums. The iconic spire-topped tower, a hallmark of the property, will once again anchor the resort, which aims to redefine the area as the social harbor of Fort Lauderdale. In addition to the resort’s progress, Pier Sixty-Six and CoralTree Hospitality have introduced Zenova Spa & Wellness, a cutting-edge spa concept set to open this winter. The 13,000-square-foot spa will feature a range of high-tech specialty rooms, a VIP suite, and a sequence of spaces dedicated to the spa’s signature thermal journey. Zenova’s offerings highlight advanced amenities such as a Ceremonial Sauna, the region’s first Snow Room, a Sensory Shower, and a Vitality Pool. Zenova’s treatments will incorporate luxury skincare brands and cutting-edge technology, setting a new standard for wellness in South Florida.
