Exterior Work Nears Completion On 13495 Veterans Way In Lake Nona, Orlando

Construction is nearing completion on 13495 Veterans Way, a 5-story mixed-use building developed within the 100-acre Lake Nona Town Center master planned community in Lake Nona, Orlando. Designed by Washington, D.C.-based architecture firm CallisonRKTL and developed by the Tavistock Development Company, the building is comprised of 68,398 square feet of space including 63,540 square feet of boutique office spaces across the top four floors and nearly 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The glass-clad structure is located adjacent to Lake Nona’s Medical City, a globally-recognized cluster of health and life sciences institutions, and beside the Courtyard and Residence Inn duo-hotel by Marriot. Construction is scheduled to fully wrap up in the Spring of 2022.

Construction Completes On Lake Nona Wave Hotel In Lake Nona, Orlando

Construction is complete on Lake Nona Wave Hotel, a 17-story hotel at 6100 Wave Hotel Drive in Lake Nona, Orlando. Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and developed by the Tavistock Development Company, the development arm of international private investment organization – the Tavistock Group, the building stands 199-feet and is comprised of 234,248 square feet of space including 234 high-tech guest rooms – of which 18 are artistic suites, and over 12,000 square feet of tech-infused meeting and event space. The project is part of the 100-acre Lake Nona Town Center master-planned community which is expected to yield 4 million square feet of mixed-use development at completion. Lake Nona Wave Hotel first broke ground in 2019 with Balfour Beatty Construction as the general contractor, officially opening to the public in December 2021 with CoralTree Hospitality managing the establishment.

Tavistock Development Plans Three 480-Foot-Tall Towers At Pier Sixty-Six In Fort Lauderdale

Orlando-based real estate developer Tavistock Development Company has revealed preliminary plans for three conceptual luxury high rises at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by renown architecture firm Arquitectonica, the towers would rise 480-feet over the marina and Stranahan River – two south of the 17th Street causeway and one west of the Pier Sixty-Six Hotel; the additional towers would yield 130 units each, with four on each floor. Tavistock purchased the Pier Sixty-Six complex at 2301 Southeast 17th Street in 2016 for a cool $165 million, and is already redeveloping the areas surrounding the hotel with 76 new condo units across two buildings, 39 waterfront villas and 12 single-family homes – expected to reach completion by 2024.

Façade installation is nearing completion on Lake Nona Wave Hotel, a 17-story hospitality building under construction in the Lake Nona Region of Orlando. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by the Tavistock Development Company, the approximately 199-foot-tall structure will yield 234 guest rooms, featuring 18 suites, spread across 234,248 square feet including 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The project is located on 2.1 acres of land currently addressed as 6714 Tavistock Lakes Boulevard on what is considered to be Block 3 of Phase 2 in the Lake Nona Town Center Master Plan.
