Marius Fortelni, founder and CEO of Forté Development, has announced Interiors by Steven G. as the interior designer for Forté Luxe, a luxury boutique waterfront community located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place, Jupiter, Florida. The community will feature 15 multi-level residences on a peninsula, surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway on three sides. Forté Luxe is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025 and will offer views reminiscent of the cobalt blue waters in the Bahamas. The price range for these residences is set from $4.35 million to $8 million.
For over four decades, Interiors by Steven G. has collaborated with South Florida’s notable developers, luxury residential owners, Fortune 500 companies, and distinguished real estate firms. The firm is set to provide contemporary interior design for the boutique community and redesign the Forté Luxe sales gallery, which is expected to be completed by April 2024.
Interior by Steven G. was inspired to create a modern coastal living ambiance with all that nature has to offer due to the beautiful blue waters off the inlet of Loxahatchee River, spilling into the Atlantic Ocean. Light wood tones, textured tree barks, shells stones and sand, infused with the cobalt blue and green tones, is what will separate this amazing project from others in the area.

Boasting modern architecture, the pet-friendly community will offer 13 private boat slips for up to 60-foot vessels (residents can purchase dockage), and a private resort-style swimming pool and sun deck with entertainment areas.
Residences at the development will offer expansive living areas ranging from 3,550 to over 5,000 square feet. Each home features expansive great room interiors with captivating views through full-height glass doors and windows, alongside a private garage with a grand entry that offers unrestricted views of the beach line and water. Private interior elevators, voluminous ceilings, and full-height sliding glass windows and doors further enhance homes. For outdoor enjoyment, there’s a waterfront-covered terrace with built-in outdoor gas grills perfect for al fresco dining and spacious elevated balconies offering spectacular Intracoastal views.
The interiors boast engineered hardwood or large-format porcelain flooring alongside designer kitchens with sleek European-inspired cabinetry, Quartz countertops with a waterfall island, and top-of-the-line appliances and plumbing fixtures. Additional features include a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the same level as the Owner’s Suite, expansive walk-in closets, and luxurious spa-like bath retreats. Designer-appointed bathrooms feature European cabinetry, premium Quartz countertops, soaking tubs, designer fixtures, and glass-enclosed walk-in showers, complemented by exquisitely appointed interiors with a premium lighting package, including recessed lighting and signature fixtures at the entry and dining room.
