Pinellas Park is getting a new housing development. Townes at Bayou Heights is a gated 32-townhome development, offering residences measuring 1,801 square feet to 2,466 square feet each.
Per the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the two-story homes come in four models: Verona, Marisol, Palmero, and Capri. Each come with a two-car garage, and options include three-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts.
Interior amenities include open concept living rooms and modern kitchens. Furnishings include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ceramic tile. Communal amenities include a swimming pool and cabana deck. There are also amenities off-campus, as the development is also next to Helen S. Howarth Park, which offers a host of public recreational facilities.
At the time of publication, homes at Townes at Bayou Heights started in the mid-$400,000s. Lennar is the is developer. The Miami-based firm is currently working on the Dori, which Florida YIMBY reported on in July 2023. The 222-unit residential complex will offer studios to three-bedroom residences. Townes at Bayou Heights will be located at 9595 66th St. N., Pinellas Park, FL, 33782, in Pinellas County. It will lie west of I-295 and south of U.S. Route 19.
