The single-family homes start at around $360,000 and require that homeowners pay a monthly HOA fee for landscaping. Lennar Corporation and Meritage Homes––South Florida Division are the design-build firms. Availability will start with the release of 55 homesites, then increase as time progresses.

Echo Fine Properties notes that communal amenities will include a dog park, resort-style swimming pool, lakeside gazebo, and more. In the future, plans call for an 18-hole golf course. The community also offers easy access to the Port St. Lucie River, where one can easily paddleboard, kayak, and partake in other activities.

Wylder could cost $200 million to complete. GreenePoint Holdings LLC is the owner. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Firethorn Inc is the sub-contractor. Wylder is located on Glades Cut Off Road and West Midway Road, in Fort Pierce, Florida, 34981, in St. Lucie County. It’s just off I-95.
