Wylder is a master-planned community on a 1,970-acre lot that will feature 3,400 home sites and 600 multi-family units. Per Huber Real Estate Group of Florida, the single-family homes range from 1,624 square feet to 2,830 square feet, comprising three- to four-bedroom layout plans.

Single-family homes start in the $360,000s.

The single-family homes start at around $360,000 and require that homeowners pay a monthly HOA fee for landscaping. Lennar Corporation and Meritage Homes––South Florida Division are the design-build firms. Availability will start with the release of 55 homesites, then increase as time progresses.

Echo Fine Properties notes that communal amenities will include a dog park, resort-style swimming pool, lakeside gazebo, and more. In the future, plans call for an 18-hole golf course. The community also offers easy access to the Port St. Lucie River, where one can easily paddleboard, kayak, and partake in other activities.

The venture’s located in Fort Pierce, FL.

Wylder could cost $200 million to complete. GreenePoint Holdings LLC is the owner. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Firethorn Inc is the sub-contractor. Wylder is located on Glades Cut Off Road and West Midway Road, in Fort Pierce, Florida, 34981, in St. Lucie County. It’s just off I-95.
