Interior renderings have been unveiled for Location Ventures‘ EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale, providing a first look at the project’s interiors designed by internationally recognized designer Clodagh. The development broke ground last month and features two 11-story towers along Fort Lauderdale Beach’s Intracoastal Waterway at 551 Bayshore Drive. The serene waterfront setting inspired Clodagh’s designs, resulting in refined residences that meld modern sophistication with understated elegance.
The development will yield 65 residences in various two, three, and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,710 to 4,660 square feet, additionally offering a limited collection of nine villas and four penthouses. Clodagh’s interior designs celebrate the natural surroundings, incorporating elements of nature and custom wood millwork that add warmth and livability.
