ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Development Division is proud to announce the sellout of Adagio Fort Lauderdale, a 10-story boutique condominium building located at 435 Bayshore Drive in Central Beach, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by GarciaStromberg with Interiors by Steven G and developed by Alco International Group, the sold out development yields 31 spacious residences, marking an impressive $75+ Million in sales. The development is located along the widest stretch of Fort Lauderdale’s Intracostal Waterway, reaching completion back in January 2020 with Moss Construction as the general contractor.

Design Unveiled For Fort Lauderdale’s New Police Headquarters At 1300 W Broward Boulevard

The modern design of the new Fort Lauderdale Police Headquarters has been unveiled in a recent submission to the city’s Design Review Committee seeking approvals for the proposed facility in Downtown’s Sailboat Bend neighborhood. The new building is set to rise 3-stories and approximately 50-feet at 1300 West Broward Boulevard, the address of the current facility, and occupy a footprint of about 178,605 square feet. Within that footprint, the building will yield 190,980 square feet for the headquarters including a community facility, and 222,081 SF for the parking garage; 413,061 square feet in total. The architectural arm of AECOM is responsible for the design, with Orlando-based KEITH onboard as the civil engineer.
