Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for ONE Tampa, a pivotal development poised to redefine the skyline of Downtown Tampa, located at 507 North Ashley Drive. This collaboration underscores a strategic move to drive the successful realization of the 42-story, 225-residence high-rise, propelling the project towards its anticipated completion in late 2026.

Moss Construction, celebrated for its custom approach to project delivery, boasts a portfolio of esteemed projects along Florida’s West Coast. Their recent contributions include Cora Water Street Tampa and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota.

Brian Van Slyke, Regional President at Kolter Urban for Florida’s West Coast, remarked on the partnership: “Moss’s reputation as a premier contractor throughout Florida precedes them. Their expertise, evidenced by the execution of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, coupled with their dedication to our vision for ONE Tampa, made them the clear choice for this undertaking.”

Jeff Callahan, Senior Vice President at Moss, expressed enthusiasm for the project: “We’re honored to build ONE Tampa and continue our work with Kolter Urban. We’re excited to contribute to what will become a defining feature of luxury living in downtown Tampa, along with the Adache Group.”

Adache Group Architects has designed ONE Tampa to pay tribute to the city’s heritage and prospective growth. The tower will feature a range of one- to three-bedroom residences, including options with dens and sizes spanning from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet. The top tiers of the structure will house expansive estate residences and a selection of exclusive penthouses. Each unit will offer panoramic vistas via floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive private terraces.

The amenity offerings at ONE Tampa, curated by ID & Design International, span two floors and are designed to enrich the residential experience. These include a social club room, a wellness center, pet-friendly spaces, and tech-forward workspaces.

  1. Wow… Love the look of the lower levels. Kind of modern meets traditional on the one corner.
