Moss Construction has been awarded the construction of Villa Miami, a waterfront residential development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project, a collaboration between Major Food Group, David Martin’s Terra, and One Thousand Group, is set to break ground later this summer.

“We’re thrilled to work with Moss Construction on another landmark project,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Villa Miami meets the demand for a condominium tower with full and half-floor vertical residences in a boutique environment. Terra has a proven history of enriching neighborhoods across South Florida and Villa will do the same for Edgewater.”

Located at 710 Northeast 29th Sreet, Villa Miami will be a 56-story, 650-foot-tall tower designed by ODP Architecture & Design under the leadership of Kurt Dannwolf. The building’s distinctive copper-colored exoskeleton is expected to become an iconic feature of the Miami skyline. The structure will be engineered by DeSimone, a global structural design firm known for its work on numerous high-rises in New York and Miami.

Interior design will be led by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., known for her previous work with Soho House and high-profile clients such as Sony Music, Goop, and the Clooneys. Landscape architect Enzo Enea will integrate native plants into the surrounding landscape.

Moss Construction, guided by Brett Atkinson, brings significant experience in high-rise developments, having previously collaborated with David Martin’s Terra on projects like Five Park Miami Beach.

Villa Miami will offer 72 full and half-floor residences with 360-degree water views. Amenities will include a Major Domo estate manager service, a rooftop helipad, poolside service, spa and wellness facilities, access to a branded beach club, and a serviced elevated pool deck. The tower will also feature an on-site MFG restaurant with private lounge spaces, offering residents preferred reservations and access to at-home chef services.
