Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers has announced plans for an upscale single-family housing development in Boca Raton. Meravita at Boca Raton will comprise 70 homes on a 37.4-acre site.
Residences will span 3,291 to 5,406 square feet, with floorplans including four-bedroom and five-bedroom layouts. According to the developer’s website, homes will measure one to two stories, featuring “well-designed kitchens, spacious living areas, and primary bedroom suites.” The cost of ownership currently starts at $1.8 million.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that communal amenities include a swimming pool with cabanas, children’s playground, sports court, fitness center, and an event lawn. Sales are expected to start in early 2025. Meravita at Boca Raton isn’t the only project in Toll Brothers’ Florida pipeline.
Last month, Florida YIMBY reported on another venture: a 152-home complex that would replace the Cypress Creek Golf Course, which closed in 2018. Our report indicated that the homes in this particular development would rest on lots measuring 65 by 127 feet and 80 by 180 feet. The proposal went before the Palm Beach County Zoning Commission earlier this month.
Meravita at Boca Raton could soon start construction at 9905 Clint Moore Road, Boca Raton, FL, 33496, in Palm Beach County.
