The Bexly At Boutwell To Offer 200 Apartments At 3300 Boutwell Road, Lake Worth, Florida

Developers could soon start construction on the Bexly at Boutwell Apartments, a residential venture that would offer 200 apartments divided among two five-story buildings. The homes would measure 720 square feet to 1,080 square feet each, per a 2021 report from the South Florida Business Journal. Homes will comprise one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans.

The $80 million venture requires about 200,000 square feet of new construction. Amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, and 5,000-square-foot-plus clubhouse. Residents will also enjoy the 226 surface parking spots, as well as 13 electric vehicle charging stations.

MA Investment Boca LLC is the developer. MSA Architects designed the residential community, and Wantman Group Inc. (WGI) Corporate Office is the civil engineer. Sources report that although the City of Lake Worth Commission approved the project last year, developers have not yet requested permits. A general contractor has not been selected yet. However, some sources note that construction could begin in October 2022.

The Bexley at Boutwell Apartments’ address is 3300 Boutwell Road, Lake Worth, Florida, 33461, in Palm Beach County. Google Earth’s renderings show that the multi-acre build site is currently unoccupied. The venture itself is west of I-95 and north of the Palm Beach County Park/Lantana Airport.
