Construction on the Cove at 47th started in August 2022. Flaherty & Collins Properties Inc. is the developer. On its website, the organization noted that plans call for 327 luxury apartments. Layout plans range from studios to two-bedroom units.
Homes will come with quartz countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies. Of the 327 luxury apartments, three are penthouses that come with upgraded appliances and other customizable features.
The venture will also include 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Other amenities include a 585-space parking garage, rooftop bar and restaurant, and a saltwater swimming pool. The rooftop Sky Lounge will also offer a pet spa, grilling decks, and sunset views.
Sources report that the venture will cost over $100 million to complete. The build site, located in Lee County, is presently unoccupied. Google Earth suggests that the build site previously was used for retail/commercial purposes. DeAngelis Diamond, Inc. is the general contractor. Construction will take about two years to complete, with the first units becoming available in summer 2024, according to Cape Coral Breeze.
The Cove at 47th will be located at 870 Southeast 47th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida, 33904, in Lee County. The community is west of I-75 and east of the Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve.
