Construction started on Deco Green in August 2022. The $29 million mixed-use venture will offer more than 120 apartments and nearly 8,000 square feet of retail space. Sources also note that there will be a 272-space parking lot.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that the homes and commercial ventures will be spread across four buildings, with the tallest building measuring seven stories above grade. Some of the buildings will have murals painted on the side. Residences come with modern appliances, walk-in closets, and private balconies.
In total, Deco Green will require 125,000 square feet of new construction. The venture rests on a 2.3-acre lot. Amenities include a dog park, children’s playground, and 20,000 square feet of green space, which is open to the public. Dubbed “the Courtyard,” the area will host yoga meetups, art festivals, and picnics.
Sources notes that Martin Architectural Group designed Deco Green. Office America Group LLC is the developer. It purchased the build site for $2.49 million. T&G Constructors is the general contractor. There is no estimate of when the project will complete. Yet, based on the venture’s size and scope, it could take anywhere from 18 months to two years.
Deco Green’s address is 1715 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, Florida, 33460, in Palm Beach County.
