Sunset Harbour is a future luxury complex in Miami Beach that will feature both residential and commercial space. It will be located on 1733-1759 Purdy Ave. and 1724-1752 Bay Road in Miami, Florida, 33139. Upon completion, the building will be five stories.
Per the South Florida Business Journal, 15,500 square feet will be designated for retail stores and restaurants. Those ventures will be located on the ground floor. The second floor will be a parking garage with six of those spaces saved for the owner of the penthouse on the top floor. The third and fourth floors will be home to 32,000 square feet of office space.
The fifth floor will have a single penthouse, measuring over 32,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor space, the latter of which includes a pool, garden, hot tub, and outdoor dining room. It also comes with a private foyer that begins on the bottom floor and ends on the rooftop. There is no word yet on how much the penthouse will cost.
The project was proposed in 2020 and will begin construction sometime in summer 2021. Ideally, the project will conclude in 2023. The project is owned by Sunset Land Associates LLC and SH Owner LLC.
