Regency at Babcock Ranch is a new 55+ neighborhood planned for Southwest Florida. The solar-powered residential venture will offer 495 homes, per Florida for Boomers.
Of those 495 residences, 154 are townhomes that comprise “The Terra Collection.” These one-story homes feature two to three bedrooms, ranging from about 1,600 square feet to just over 1,800 square feet. These homes start in the $300,000s.
The remaining 341 residences are single-family homes. They are divided into two collections: the Lago Collection and the Sol Collection. Each home comes with at least three bedrooms and measures more than 1,900 square feet. Naples Daily News reports that the homes will become available in Spring 2023.
Toll Brothers is the builder. It’s one of the nation’s leading luxury home builders. The organization has communities in several states, many of which are aimed at seniors over 55 years old. Regency at Babcock Ranch is a master-planned community with a host of amenities, which may include a putting green and communal gathering areas.
However, many of the community’s amenities lay just beyond the gate, offering easy access to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Regency at Babcock Ranch will be located in Charlotte County, Florida, just 30 minutes from Fort Myers.
