Evo, a 23-story multi-family tower, is undergoing construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. Coastal Construction broke ground on the venture in March 2021. The former Onyx Nightclub, which ceased operations in 2015, was demolished to clear the way for construction. Stantec is the Architect and American Land Ventures is the developer.
Evo is scheduled for completion in 2023, and the community has already started releasing it. The community will host 220 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. St. Pete Rising reports that homes come with high ceilings, quartz countertops, and designer cabinets.
Apartments.com notes that rent starts at $2,165 a month, with the smallest units measuring just over 650 square feet each. Communal amenities comprise a 12,000-square-foot pool deck, coffee bar, computer room, and much more. In total, there are 26,000 square feet of amenities.
Evo will also have more than 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, intended to be divided among five retail ventures. At the time of publication, sources did not list potential tenants. Stantec is working on the venture.
Evo’s address is 334 2nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, in Pinellas County. The community is west of Tampa Bay and east of Florida 275.
