E11EVEN Hotel & Residences hasn’t even opened yet, and it’s already sold out. This has prompted developers to move forward with E11EVEN Residences Beyond, an adjoining tower connected by a skybridge.
Per Miami Residence, the 65-story tower will comprise at least 380 residences, starting in the mid-$400,000s. Units range from studios to three-bedroom layout plans, measuring 318 square feet to 2,762 square feet each.
The venture comes with a resort-style pool and cabanas, along with other amenities.
The 380-plus homes are divided into three categories: the Beyond Residences, the Presidential Collection, and penthouses. They come with integrated smart home technology, along with other high-end features. Each home comes with views of the nearby Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Communal amenities include a signature restaurant and beach club. There’s also a rooftop helipad for residents’ use, pending approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The 14th-floor amenity deck also features a wellness and fitness center. Per Property Management Group, plans also call for a 20,000-square-foot 11th-story deck that will feature a resort-style pool, plunge pool, and cabanas.
