The first phase of Flagler Oasis, a 100-unit eight-story apartment complex, has finished construction in Miami-Dade County. Prior to constructing Flagler Oasis’s first phase, some already-existing structures required demolition.
Now, developers hope to get approval for the community’s second and third phases, which would feature 248 homes, 70,400 square feet of office space, and about 13,000 square feet of retail.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the second phase is primarily residential, measuring 16 stories and offering a pool, amenity deck, and 282 parking spots. If approved, the general contractor could break ground on the second phase in either 2023 or 2024, with construction on the third phase starting soon after.
The third phase is primarily for office and commercial ventures. It will comprise an eight-story building with 9,450 square feet of retail, an open-air deck, and 215 parking spots. Behar Font & Partners is the architect. According to Gamla Cedron Group, the Coral Gables-based firm designed the first phase.
Flagler Oasis’s second and third phases would rest on a 2.32-acre site, spanning 1101 to 1155 W. Flagler Street and 1110 and 1150 N.W. First Street in Miami, Florida, 33130, in Miami-Dade County. It will be west of I-95 and a few blocks from LoanDepot Park.
