One Bayfront Plaza is the working name of a proposed skyscraper located in Miami-Dade County, FL. At the time of publication, its status was “in for redesign.” The project will cost over $10 million to complete.

Per the Construction Journal, One Bayfront Plaza will be a sole building measuring 92 stories above grade. Residents will have 902 units to choose from. In total, there will be over 3.3 million square feet of new construction.
Presently, the project is being managed by Florida East Coast Realty, LLC. The Miami-based organization has been in business for over 60 years, completing over 60 million square feet of construction, according to its website.

Reaching heights of over 1,000 feet, the mixed-use complex will offer luxury residences, hotels, class AAA office space, a retail mall, and parking garage. The building is designed in the contemporary architectural style, which is characterized by asymmetry, large windows, and curved lines.
One of the most exciting parts about the complex is that it will have a 360-degree panoramic view of Biscayne Bay. One Bayfront Plaza’s physical address is 100 S Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL, 33131 in Miami-Dade County.
Construction began in 2019 and hopefully will conclude within the next few years.
