Caretta Juno Beach is a luxury condominium complex planned for Palm Beach County, Florida. The four-building five-story community will comprise just 95 units, starting at around 1,820 square feet.
Sources report that homes come with motorized drapes, 10-foot-high ceilings, and oak wood flooring. Select condos start at $1.5 million, with the largest condos going for $8 million. Future residents can expect to pay $967 per square foot. The South Florida Business Journal notes that communal amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, pool deck, fitness center, and residents’ lounge.
While Caretta Juno Beach’s focus is mostly on the residential, the owners have leased about 5,000 square feet to Gemini, a Chicago-based restaurant. The catering services will be available to those living at Caretta Juno Beach.
JDL Development acquired the 5.5-acre build site for $20 million in 2022. It hopes to start construction on the venture in the fourth quarter of 2023. The venture could deliver in 2025. Jim Plunkard of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is the architect, and Wanxiang American Real Estate Group is one of the investment partners.
Caretta Juno Beach offers easy access to Palm Beach’s various amenities, and it’s located 400 yards from the beach. The venture will be located at 1011 U.S. Highway 1, Juno Beach, Florida, 33408, in Palm Beach County.
