In late 2022, developers proposed Star Tower Hollywood, a 19-story residential building that would offer 182 residential units. Now, nearly eight months later, they’ve submitted a revision, instead proposing a 22-story tower with more than 200 homes.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that the 511,620-square-foot venture would rest on a build site measuring 35,516 square feet. The homes themselves will measure 492 square feet to 1,346 square feet each, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a swimming pool.
Per the venture’s website, the at-market-rate units will come with open-concept floorplans, balconies, and master bedrooms with walk-in closets. Communal amenities include a seventh-story pool, clubhouse, fitness center, library, and spa. Allure Development is sprearheading the project.
The firm purchased the build site for $6.7 million in March 2022. Google Earth shows that the build site is vacant. Aside from Allure Development, other involved parties include Taylor Development LLC, Star Developers Group LLC, and QUA Developers LLC. Coral Gables-based BC Architects is the architect.
The venture will measure 22 stories.
