Livano Wildwood is a multi-family community unfolding in Central Florida. The residential community, uniquely positioned near The Villages, will comprise 248 Class-A apartment units.
They will be spread across five four-story buildings, offering service elevators and centered near outdoor courtyards. The venture’s website reports that the luxury development will offer more than 6,000 square feet of interior community space, along with “Livano Workplace.”
The venture will offer a clubhouse and other amenities.
Other communal amenities will include an outdoor lounge and kitchen, a resort-style swimming pool, a dog park, and grilling stations. Livano Wildwood will rest on a 21-acre build site, which Google Earth shows as being undeveloped prior to the start of construction.
In total, the upscale community will require 310,506 square feet of new construction. Our sources report that the venture will cost over $50 million to complete and is slated for preleasing in the second quarter of 2024.
The venture could start preleasing next year.
LIV Development is leading the venture. Livano Wildwood will join its other multi-family communities under the Livano banner. Google lists the complex’s address as 12020 Brush Hill Road, Wildwood, Florida, 32162, in Sumter County. It will be east of Florida I-75 and south of Ocala.
